Prof. Dr. Reza Omraie is a professor of psychology and heads the Academy of NLP & Coaching in Germany, Norway, Iran, Armenia and Turkey. Under his leadership, the Iranian Ministry of Labour recognised NLP as an officially accredited profession based on IN standards – a milestone for the worldwide recognition of NLP.

Nandana Nielsen is co-founder of WHO and one of the leading figures in brief therapy, NLP and coaching combined with hypnosis. Together with Karl Nielsen, she heads the NLP & Coaching Institut Berlin and developed doctoral programmes in psychology.

Karl Nielsen holds degrees in psychology and sociology and is co-founder of WHO, which he established in 2001 together with Nandana Nielsen and other pioneers. He developed NLPsy (NeuroLinguistic Psychology) as a scientifically grounded "4th wave" of NLP and NLPhil (NLP & Philosophy) as the emerging "5th wave".
