Psychologist, Researcher, Author, and Pioneer in NLP and Coaching in Iran and the Region
Prof. Dr. Reza Omraie is a psychologist, researcher, author, and one of the pioneers in the development and professionalization of NLP and Coaching in Iran and the region. He is the creator of the Omraie Intervention Model (OMR) and a curriculum developer and designer of specialized Coaching programs.
He has played a leading role in the national standardization of NLP and Coaching as professional occupations in Iran, contributing to the development of professional standards, competency frameworks, and structured educational pathways in these fields.
Prof. Dr. Omraie serves as President of the Iranian NLP & Coaching Association and President of the NLP & Coaching Association of Asia. He has also held international professional roles in NLP and Coaching and has contributed to the development of professional education and standards in these fields.
With more than three decades of teaching, training, and professional experience, he has trained thousands of coaches, NLP practitioners, trainers, and professionals and has contributed significantly to the advancement and professional development of NLP and Coaching in Iran and the region.
He is the author and translator of more than 20 books in Psychology, NLP, Coaching, and Hypnotherapy, and has developed specialized educational curricula in areas including Business Coaching, Child Coaching, Mental Health Coaching, and Systemic Coaching.
OMR Coaching Model
The OMR Coaching Model (Omraie Intervention Model) is an integrative transformational coaching model developed by Prof. Reza Omraie. It provides a structured pathway for observation, understanding, matching, raising, and alignment in the coaching and transformation process.
OMR Five-Stage Framework
The OMR framework consists of five interconnected stages:
Observe – Understand – Match – Raise – Align
- Observe – observing the current situation, patterns, behaviors, thoughts, emotions, and contextual factors.
- Understand – developing deeper understanding of the individual's inner processes, needs, beliefs, values, and goals.
- Match – identifying and establishing congruence between the individual's internal resources, needs, values, goals, and external context.
- Raise – facilitating development, expansion, transformation, and elevation toward greater potential and capability.
- Align – creating alignment between identity, values, goals, resources, and purposeful action to support sustainable transformation.
Together, these five stages provide a structured approach to personal and professional transformation, human development, and conscious leadership.

پروفسوررضا عمرائی روانشناس، پژوهشگر، نویسنده و از پیشگامان توسعه و حرفهایسازی NLP و کوچینگ در ایران و منطقه است. ایشان خالق مدل مداخله عمرائی (OMR) و طراح و توسعهدهنده کوریکولومهای تخصصی کوچینگ است.
وی در استانداردسازی ملی NLP و کوچینگ بهعنوان حرفه در ایران نقش پیشگام داشته و در توسعه استانداردهای حرفهای، چارچوبهای شایستگی و مسیرهای آموزشی ساختاریافته در این حوزهها مشارکت داشته است.

مدل کوچینگ OMR
مدل کوچینگ OMR (مدل مداخله عمرائی) یک مدل یکپارچه و تحولآفرین در کوچینگ است که توسط پروف. رضا عمرائی توسعه یافته است. این مدل، مسیر ساختاریافتهای برای مشاهده، درک، همخوانی، ارتقا و همراستاسازی در فرایند کوچینگ و تحول فراهم میکند.
چارچوب پنجمرحلهای OMR
چارچوب OMR از پنج مرحله بههمپیوسته تشکیل شده است:
Observe – Understand – Match – Raise – Align
- Observe | مشاهده: مشاهده وضعیت موجود، الگوها، رفتارها، افکار، هیجانات و عوامل زمینهای.
- Understand | درک: ایجاد درک عمیقتر از فرایندهای درونی فرد، نیازها، باورها، ارزشها و اهداف.
- Match | همخوانی و تطبیق: شناسایی و ایجاد همخوانی میان منابع درونی، نیازها، ارزشها، اهداف و شرایط بیرونی فرد.
- Raise | ارتقا: تسهیل رشد، گسترش ظرفیتها، تحول و حرکت فرد به سوی سطح بالاتری از توانمندی و قابلیت.
- Align | همراستاسازی: ایجاد هماهنگی میان هویت، ارزشها، اهداف، منابع و اقدامات هدفمند برای حمایت از تحول پایدار.
این پنج مرحله در کنار یکدیگر، رویکردی ساختاریافته برای تحول فردی و حرفهای، توسعه انسانی و رهبری آگاهانه فراهم میکنند.
