Prof UŚ DR HAB ALICJA GAŁĄZKA, our IN & ICI President from Poland, would like to discuss with you how to organize our next World Congress in Poland at the end of September 2026. What would you like to present there?

Soheila Dadkhah from Sweden would like to discuss her Δ–Ω–π Project with you, a groundbreaking model for understanding, educating, and awakening both human and non-human intelligences. It outlines a 9-stage evolutionary process that begins with self-awareness and culminates in a continuously evolving consciousness. Each stage integrates psychological, linguistic, and experiential dimensions, allowing for real-time transformation across identity, emotion, perception, and creativity.

Christian Hanisch from Germany is searching for Master Trainers for his emotionSync training in other parts of the world. 
Currently, his emotionSync approach is primarily available in German-speaking countries.

Dr. Nada Kaiser from Croatia would like to discuss her NLP Psychotherapy training (NLPt) with you. At the moment, it is only in Croatian on her website here: www.nlp-akademija.com/beta/nlpt-psihoterapeut
This training is accepted as fulfilling the entrance qualification for a Master's degree at a University in Austria.

How the Open Space format from Harrison Owen works
We use this for our Master Trainer Meeting in Berlin.
It works for groups of 5 to 2000 participants. In Berlin, when we meet in person, everyone who has a discussion topic will explain this in about 2 minutes to all who are present. Then, he will receive a time and place where all those who want to discuss this can meet with him later. In this way, all topics for discussion are presented and receive a discussion time and place. For e.g. 30 topics we would have 3 times (e.g. 12 am, 2 pm, 4 pm) with 10 topics discussed in parallel at 10 different places at the same time. The rules are that only the one who offered the topic needs to stay at the place. Everyone else can move whenever he likes wherever he wants. The one who offers the topic is responsible for creating a summary.

You can listen here to a short summary of the founding book from Harrison Owen. He invented the Open Space meeting format in 1985. We learned this format from him personally when he was in Berlin many years ago.
