Online Masterclass with Frank Pucelik

CFIP, the NLP school in Brussels, is celebrating the 50th anniversary of NLP by organizing an exceptional online masterclass on 4–5 October 2025.

Frank Pucelik is one of the three co-founders of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), alongside Richard Bandler and John Grinder. Although less well-known to the general public than his famous colleagues, he was nevertheless central to the development of NLP, particularly in its early days at the University of Santa Cruz in the 1970s.A Vietnam veteran and trained therapist, Frank Pucelik has devoted much of his life to understanding the mechanisms of human change, particularly in the context of post-traumatic stress. His work with veterans and troubled youth profoundly influenced the early development of NLP.

As an international teacher, speaker, and trainer, Frank Pucelik has continued to evolve NLP in his own way, emphasizing human relationships, ethics, and integrity in the practice of coaching. He is also the founder of several training institutions, notably in Ukraine and Russia, where he played a key role in the development of psychological and managerial coaching after the fall of the USSR.

Today, Frank Pucelik remains a major reference in the world of NLP, both for his historical contribution and for the human depth he brings to this discipline.

This seminar offers a space to explore how Neuro-Linguistic Programming can help give voice to what has been silenced, to what still hurts. It is aimed at those who work in support services, as well as anyone directly or indirectly affected by these realities. It invites us to listen differently, to speak differently... and, perhaps, to heal differently.
