Article for the future book: "NLP and Spirituality"
What does it mean to be an Optimystic?
It is not about pretending that life is easy. It is not positive thinking dressed up in spiritual language. And it is certainly not about escaping reality.
An Optimystic is someone who dares to trust life deeply enough to enter its mystery fully.
In this chapter, I explore the meeting point between NLP, mysticism, consciousness, human development, and love. I write about the courage to observe ourselves honestly, the fascination of patterns, the wisdom of spiritual inquiry, and the possibility that human evolution is not only about becoming more capable, more successful, or more aware — but about becoming more loving.
The text weaves together influences from Jiddu Krishnamurti, Richard Bandler, Viktor Frankl, and my own lifelong exploration of what I call the Great Idea: the movement from oneness, through individuality, toward a more conscious form of connectedness.
At the heart of this chapter is one essential question:
How do we consciously participate in the evolution of love?
You will find reflections on your inner fixed star, the power of presence, the difference between unconscious influence and conscious impact, and the unique WirkSamen every human being carries into the world.
This chapter is both personal and philosophical. It is an invitation to look at life not as a problem to be solved, but as a mystery to be lived.

Read it slowly. Let it work on you. And perhaps ask yourself:
What is the direction of my influence?
What is my fixed star?
And how do I choose to evolve love?
Based on the attached chapter: The Optimystic Path: NLP, Mysticism, and the Evolution of Love.
